Sugarfree Beetroot Banana Smoothie
Summers are here and so is the season for smoothies. I am personally a big fan of smoothies as its a perfect breakfast staple, as well as a lazy brunch idea which is both healthy and bursting with flavours!
INGREDIENTS - 1 cup Banana,chilled and chopped 1 cup, Beetroot 5 Dates, bitted 1 cup Yogurt 1/2 cup Milk, cold PROCESS - 1. Take a grinder and all the ingredients. Blend it to get a semi-thick consistency. 2. Transfer it in small glasses and top it with chopped chopped Bananas and Chia seeds.
3. Serve it chilled.
