Refreshing Bottle Gourd Raita

Before you go around detesting Bottle Gourd, let me change your thoughts by introducing you to THE most delicious summer accompaniment to almost all Indian meals. It is refreshing, healthy and super high in fibre content!
INGREDIENTS - 1 small Bottle Gourd, roughly 250 gms 1/2 cup water 2 cups unsweetened Yogurt Salt, to taste 2 tsp Chaat Masala 2 tsp roasted Cumin powder 1 tsp Black pepper 2 tsp chopped Coriander leaves SERVINGS - 3 People PROCESS - 1. Peel the bottle gourd and grate it finely. 2. Bring the grated bottle gourd to boil in a pressure cooker with water & salt. Turn off the flame after 2 whistles. 3. Drain the water and transfer it to a plate to let it cool. 4. Add the chaat masala and black pepper in the Yogurt and beat it for few minutes. 5. Add the boiled bottle gourd to the yogurt and mix everything well.
6. Top with some coriander leaves, roasted cumin powder and ice cubes and enjoy chilled.
