Easy Sugar Free Watermelon Sorbet

Temperatures are soaring quickly and so is the dire need to replenish your taste buds with iced treats. Amidst the lockdown, we've all been struggling with access to a lot of things we were fond of eating. One such thing was definitely ice cream as a staple dessert after every meal in summers. I hope this easy and fuss free sorbet (made without an ice cream maker) brings a whole lot of nostalgia and smile to your face!

INGREDIENTS - 1 tbsp Honey (You can add more/less based on the sweetness of the Watermelon) 1 tsp Lime juice 3 1/2 cups Watermelon, cubed and seedless Warm water PROCESS - 1. Place the Watermelon chunks on a baking tray lined with parchment paper with equal spacing and let them freeze overnight. Ensure that the chunks are fully frozen so that they don't turn into a slushie. 2. Now put the frozen chunks in a food processor along with lime juice, honey. You may need to add very little warm water to make sure the blending process is easy. 3. Put a freezer safe container in the freezer for an hour, while you blend all the ingredients well in a food processor. 4. Transfer the sorbet into the frozen container and let it freeze for 4-5 hours or until its firm. 5. Serve chilled.
