Cucumber Mint Lemonade

Summers are here and so is the dire need to quench the thirst every few minutes. I had some Cucumbers lying in the pantry since the past week, so thought of putting them to good use by adding in a minty lemonade. This is a fun, healthy and refreshing twist to the usual lemonade we all have grown up drinking! And to top it all, it is easy to make and tastes even better when chilled in the fridge for a while :)
INGREDIENTS - 4 cups water, chilled 3/4 cup Lemon juice 2 Cucumbers 1 cup Mint leaves 15 ice cubes 1 1/2 tsp Chaat masala 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder 5 tbsp Honey/Maple syrup SERVINGS: 4 People PROCESS - 1. Cut the cucumbers into long slices, and add it in a blender along with lemon juice, mint leaves, chilled water, maple syrup, 10 ice cubes.
2. Process it until it is smooth.
3. Transfer it into serving glasses. Garnish it with chaat masala, cumin powder and some crushed ice of the remaining ice cubes. 4. Serve chilled.
