Classic Sugar-Free Mango Shake
Summers of 2020 haven't been the best of what we expected. From being in a global lockdown to health emergencies, this time wasn't slightest close to how a lot of you had foreseen the year to look like. I finally managed to step out yesterday to get a fresh batch of season's first mangoes. From eating them thrice a day during childhood with absolutely no count on the number, today we kept a close count on the number to ensure we have ample to make it for tomorrow's breakfast too. I am sharing this classic recipe which is sugar free and also has some extra flavouring to make it more delicious. And as they always say, enjoy it chilled and reminisce your childhood with each sip :)
2 medium sized Mangoes 1 ½ cup Milk, chilled 2 tbsp Honey/Maple syrup 1 tsp Cinnamon powder 2 tsp Cocoa powder, sweetened 1 tsp Candied fruits/ Tutti frutti (Optional)
SERVINGS - Two
1. Peel and chop the Mangoes into fine pieces. 2. Put the Mango chunks, chilled milk, cinnamon powder and honey in a blender or food processor. Blend it well until it's smooth in consistency. 3. Pour it into glasses and garnish with cocoa powder or candied fruits, basis easy availability. 4. Serve chilled.
