✨ All fancy dinners and holidays at one end, and the joy of surprising your other half with their favorite dish is at one end! Isn't it?

✨ I am a novice baker and making desserts always seems like a daunting task. Yet it's always fun to go beyond your comfort zone and try new things in the kitchen! There are so many wonderful bakers on my feed like @shivesh17 @tashasartisanfoods @cookingdiarybyshruti @neighbourbaker @parthbajaj who leave you nothing but inspired to push your limits!

✨Since Strawberry is practically everywhere in the market right now, I tried making this easy and delicious pudding within no time! The recipe is on my website, you may find the direct link in my bio!

✨ We throw in a bit of seasonal vegetables in this too and hardly anybody can guess that! There is no corn flour in this to ensure the goodness of vegetables stays intact!

✨This is also a great way to have your family, kids, husband eat their greens and build up on strong immunity in winters!

✨ It's super easy to make with a prep time of under 30 mins. We enjoyed a game of Uno while licking our bowls clean!

Crispy Medu Vada from today's lazy girl meal ideas! To be honest, It's taken me few months to be comfortable in cracking the right shape of Vada and drop these in oil without the fear of burning myself with it 😂 But I'm glad today's attempt was loved and approved by mommy dearest!

Cauliflower 65 sprinkled with some gunpowder for today's #IsolationCreation 🍃 I think since we're still doing practically everything from home, I'd rather stick to this series until the world becomes covid-free 😂 I have always been fond of Chicken 65 at restaurants when dining out was a thing, hence attempted a vegetarian version of this using this season's most easily available vegetable - Cauliflower! It's such a fresh twist to the tea time snacks, and made for a great change of flavour for our evening snacks at home today💚

Spinach and Suji Appe for today's #IsolationCreation ☘️ My favourite greens are back in season with full bloom and I can't resist from stuffing them in everything I eat haha! Adding some Spinach puree to my usual breakfast of soft and fluffy Suji Appe today turned out quite delicious and here's a picture of my meal! My entry for #5DaysofVisualElements theme 'Circles' hosted by @bealubas and @evakosmasflores // With fresh Spinach back in season, I guess I was looking a reason to make Ravioli using it ☘️ Mixed some homemade Paneer and Mushroom with Spinach to add more flavour to the filling! I simply love this Italian dish beyond words, can literally never get bored of eating it! Do you also have a favorite dish like that?

After a month of festivities, if you're looking for a detox of sorts along with brilliant taste, then I've got my favourite ABC JUICE for you ❤️ It's my staple during this season and also makes for a great way to replenish face glow and banish constant fatigue that I often experience after lots of celebration. Bottle it up and don't forget to save/share and enjoy it!

Recipe for 2 serves -

3-4 apples
2 beetroots
1 carrot
2cm ginger grated

Press all the ingredients using a juice extractor, and serve fresh.
