Easiest Coriander Chutney

Every Indian household has a batch of this green Coriander chutney made every second day and makes for a perfect dip to dunk in the pakoras and various other or tea-time snacks. It also works as a great accompaniment with your usual lunch to enhance the flavours of the food. You can always adjust the spice content basis your preference, and also add a bit of raw mango or onions to enhance the flavour further 🙂
Easiest Coriander Chutney

3 cups fresh Coriander
1 inch chopped Ginger piece
2-3 Green chillies, chopped
1 tsp Amchur Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt, as per taste
2 tbsp Lime Juice
2 tbsp roasted peanuts
Some water
Process
- Combine all the ingredients into a mixer jar and grind them together.
- Slowly add in some water to this and blend it until you get a smooth paste.
- Taste once and feel free to adjust the seasonings as per your preference.
