Easiest Coriander Chutney

Every Indian household has a batch of this green Coriander chutney made every second day and makes for a perfect dip to dunk in the pakoras and various other or tea-time snacks. It also works as a great accompaniment with your usual lunch to enhance the flavours of the food. You can always adjust the spice content basis your preference, and also add a bit of raw mango or onions to enhance the flavour further 🙂

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh Coriander

  • 1 inch chopped Ginger piece

  • 2-3 Green chillies, chopped

  • 1 tsp Amchur Powder

  • 1 tsp Garam Masala

  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

  • Salt, as per taste

  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice

  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts

  • Some water

Process

  • Combine all the ingredients into a mixer jar and grind them together.
  • Slowly add in some water to this and blend it until you get a smooth paste.
  • Taste once and feel free to adjust the seasonings as per your preference.
