Strawberry Custard Pudding

2 cups fresh Strawberries, chopped
1 cup milk + 2 tbsp milk
1.5 tbsp custard powder
2 packets digestive biscuits
Wash the strawberries and chop them in small pieces.
Keep these chopped strawberries in little water, adding a pinch of sugar to ensure they soften up.
Heat 1 cup milk in a pan on medium flame. Add 2 tbsp sugar in it and keep giving this a gentle mix to ensure no lumps are formed.
In a separate bowl, mix together 2 tbsp milk with 1 and a half tbsp custard powder and dilute it well.
Add this in the pan when the milk starts to boil. Keep mixing this until the custard thickens and turn off the flame later.
Now in a big bowl, beat the chilled whipped cream until it forms stiff peaks.
Next, grind the digestive biscuits in a blender and keep them aside for use later. You can also crush them finely using a rolling pin.
PLATING THE PUDDING
Take a few tall glasses and make a layer of jelly at the base as per the cooking instructions. Refrigerate it for few hours until it sets.
Add a layer of custard over this with a piping bag and set it with a spoon.
Now sprinkle the crushed biscuits over this and set it with a spoon, too.
Top this with chopped strawberries prepared at the start of the process.
Add a layer of whipped cream using a piping bag and garnish this with a strawberry dunked in honey.
