The king of fruits is best enjoyed in more ways than lassi and shakes that we are often accustomed to have at majority of Indian households. Instead, I thought of making a fun smoothie bowl using Mango this morning, and the result was extremely delicious and healthy, both at once. I added Ginger and Turmeric to make this extremely soothing for the gut and a pinch of Cinnamon powder for a lovely flavour.
Mango, Ginger and Turmeric Smoothie Bowl

2 1/2 cups Mango chunks, frozen
1 tsp Ginger, freshly grated
1 1/2 cups cold Milk (Almond/toned or full cream basis availability)
1 1/2 tsp Honey/Maple syrup
1 1/2 Banana, chopped and frozen
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Cinnamon powder
Sabja Seeds or Chia Seeds
Add all the smoothie ingredients in a food processor.
Blend until smooth and a mildly thick consistency. Adjust the honey quantity basis the sweetness of the Mangoes.
Transfer it into a wide mouthed smoothie bowl and garnish with the toppings.
