Classic Sugar-Free Mango Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sized Mangoes

  • 1 ½ cup Milk, chilled

  • 2 tbsp Honey/Maple syrup

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder

  • 2 tsp Cocoa powder, sweetened

  • 1 tsp Candied fruits/ Tutti frutti (Optional)

Process

  • Peel and chop the Mangoes into fine pieces.
  • Put the Mango chunks, chilled milk, cinnamon powder and honey in a blender or food processor. Blend it well until it’s smooth in consistency.
  • Pour it into glasses and garnish with cocoa powder or candied fruits, basis easy availability.
  • Serve chilled.
