Cucumber Mint Lemonade

Summers are here and so is the dire need to quench the thirst every few minutes. I had some Cucumbers lying in the pantry since the past week, so thought of putting them to good use by adding in a minty lemonade. This is a fun, healthy and refreshing twist to the usual lemonade we all have grown up drinking!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water, chilled

  • 3/4 cup Lemon juice

  • 2 Cucumbers

  • 1 cup Mint leaves

  • 15 ice cubes

  • 1 1/2 tsp Chaat masala

  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder

  • 5 tbsp Honey/Maple syrup

Process

  • Cut the cucumbers into long slices, and add it in a blender along with lemon juice, mint leaves, chilled water, maple syrup, 10 ice cubes.
  • Process it until it is smooth.
  • Transfer it into serving glasses. Garnish it with chaat masala, cumin powder and some crushed ice of the remaining ice cubes.
  • Serve chilled.
