Summers are here and so is the season for smoothies. I am personally a big fan of smoothies as its a perfect breakfast staple, as well as a lazy brunch idea which is both healthy and bursting with flavours!
Sugarfree Beetroot Banana Smoothie

1 cup Banana, chilled and chopped
1 cup, Beetroot
5 Dates, pitted
1 cup Yogurt
1/2 cup Milk, cold
1 tbsp chia seeds
Take a grinder and all the ingredients. Blend it to get a semi-thick consistency.
Transfer it in small glasses and top it with chopped chopped Bananas and Chia seeds.
